Q. How much does it cost, and how do I get it?

A. Day Care Manager Pro is available in two different formats. The first format is membership to the download page. This costs $49.95USD and is a one off payment valid for life. The second format is the Day Care Manager Pro software package by mail. The physical version currently costs $99.95 USD + P&P

Q. What are the payment methods?

Q. Can I put this onto more than one computer - transfer to my laptop etc?

A. Day Care Manager Pro is set up so that customers can access and download the software to their computer. If a customer wants to use Day Care Manager Pro on their home computer and or laptop then all they need to do is save the software package to disc and transfer to their other computer. Day Care Manager Pro is not to be distributed to any other computers outside the owner's home or work.

Q. What if I am unhappy with the product or are having prolems?

A. Once you have become a member, we offer full tech support for all our customers to ensure quality customer service. Send us an email with the appropriate details and we will respond to your request asap.

Q. My credit card won't work, I am not currently in the country from which my credit card is based.

A. Clickbank's system checks to see if the location of the credit card you are using matches the IP address of the country that the computer you are on is located. If you are overseas and want Day Care Manager Pro, it might be handy to use a family or friend's credit card for the transaction or get a family member at home to pay for it so you can access it straight away.

Q. What happens if my computer freezes while I'm downloading.

A. You can log back onto the Day Care Manager Pro site as many times as you need to access Day Care Manager Pro. If you are unable to, send our technical support staff an email and they will check your transaction and forward you the download link.

Q. Are my credit card details secure?

A. Yes. We use one of the world's leading 3rd party credit card payment processors, Clickbank. Clickbank is VeriSign secure and are considered the worlds most secure credit card payment provider. In order to process payments with Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Clickbank requires: the CVV2 or CVC2 security code. This 3 digit code is found on the back of your credit card.

Q.What is CVV2 or CVC2?

A.The CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code that is printed on the back of credit cards. The number appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel at the end. This program helps validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction. All MasterCard cards, both credit and debit, were required to contain CVC2 by January 1, 1997; all Visa cards must contain CVV2 by January 1, 2001. Even if a criminal steals a valid account number, They cannot compute the CVV2 numbers since they do not know the mathematical algorithm logic.

Q.Where is CVV2 Located?

A.The CVV2 three-digit value is printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa cards immediately following the Visa card account number. Click for illustrations showing the location of this code on a Mastercard and on a Visa.

Q. I found a number on the back of my card, but it has more than 3 digits.

A. We only need the last 3 digits of this number (the others are just a repetition of your credit card number).

Q.Can I pay by check instead?

A. No, Clickbank, our secure third-party payment retailer only accepts payments by credit card or Paypal.
